During this session, we will:

• Determine the number of bedrooms, overall style, and target guest profile

• Discuss any optional services you may want to include

• Assess local competition, their rates, and expected occupancy for your unit

• Estimate potential profit based on this data*

This step ensures we create a design and strategy tailored to your property’s unique market potential.

Following our call or an optional on-site visit, we will prepare a preliminary furniture and setup budget. We work with vetted manufacturers we know and trust, giving you a clear picture of where costs may fall based on the services you select.

Once you approve this budget, we will:

• Send over a Letter of Agreement

• Collect the initial 50% deposit of the setup fees

This sets the stage for a smooth, well-planned procurement and design process.

Next, we will meet virtually to review furniture and decor. This is an exciting opportunity to see your vision take shape and get a clear sense of the project’s direction. Together we will:

• Review major furniture pieces and key fixtures, ensuring each selection aligns with the vision

• Discuss how each item contributes to the overall flow, style, and functionality of your space

Procurement officially begins, setting your project into motion with clarity and confidence. We manage the ordering process from start to finish:

• Track estimated delivery times to keep your project on schedule

• Coordinate with you ahead of time on delivery locations prior to setup

• Source any additional items included in your package selection

• Initial on-site visits: $500 flat rate for a maximum of 3 hours

• A floorplan is available for $600 if detailed dimension drawings are not available for the space
